Stay Positive: After waiting over an hour to speak to someone I was lied to by Dariyus that they could not access my account without my ID. That is a complete lie they are able to bypass it with pin number or security password. After saying are you sure there's no other way? I gave him an opportunity but he said there was no other way. I went to another T-Mobile store in Miami Beach right after and within 5 minutes they were able to help me without using my ID. Moral of the story is this store is the worst customer service.

Katherine Vargas: I went to get my phone fixed because, I had a problem with the screen which was just cracked nothing else was wrong with it literally just a screen cracked. I always take multiple phones which is why I trusted them but when i go pick it up not even an hour later passes and the phone automatically doesn’t work and just shuts down every 10 mins.. literally every ten mins.. I call them immediately and tell them I’m taking the phone because I am having a problem with my phone staying on after them fixing it.. when I go they tell me that there’s nothing they can do even though on their policy which I have the receipt it says they can fix it within 48 hours without any charge.. now they want to charge me even though I took my phone same day exactly an hour later after receiving the phone and they just don’t want to fix it at all. They also have made threats about fighting and just are unprofessional.. I’m going to contact BBB and so are many others and I will be reporting them. This is unacceptable especially when you’re helping them by giving them your business and they just want to take advantage of you.

Matthew Tech: Two thumbs way up! Flew down for a vacation yesterday as I was leaving the airport, dropped my phone shattering the screen, an expense I wasn’t expecting. Today after calling several shops all telling they could possibly get a screen tomorrow and have it back by Tuesday or Wednesday which wasn’t plausible because I am heading to the keys tomorrow, I called cellular c2go while on my way to actually buying a new phone and not only did they have a screen, but got me in right away and had my phone back to me quickly (37 minutes start to finish), they had the best price by a substantial bit! Very grateful for such accommodating quality service in my time of need! Thanks

Dayana Quesada: I personally did not have a good experience with this store. 1. They said one price over the phone, one price when my husband showed to the place. Then kept the device and called 5hrs later to give us a different price( which I understand, the device needed the extra repair) but It made me uncomfortable how many times they changed their prices. 2. They advertise on Google that they open at 10am and my husband was waiting outside with our 4year old for around one hour. Did not feel professional at all. Ended up paying the same price somewhere else but I got the experience ( honesty) I was expecting. Good customer service is everything.

telle.z: The lady who was there was nice, but my phone now has a purple tint on it. Don’t go here if you want a proper screen repair for iPhone.

Emilie Gonzalez: DO NOT GO HERE! They “fixed” the LCD on my phone screen, just a few weeks later the phone looked destroyed. They told me I had a 3 month warranty, NOPE! I went back and they told me I had to pay to get what they did wrong fixed. If no stars were an option I assure you I’d choose that. TERRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY. WASTE OF MONEY.
Response: Sorry to read this bad review and sorry for the confusion ,We do offer 3 month off warranty and we always honor it, but our 90 days warranty won't cover fiscal damage. also the history i went to sleep and the phone next day was magically broken is not covered by the 90 days warranty .

Jennifer H.: Went in to trade in my cell phone because I added a new line of service. The rep that helped me told me that I would have to mail in my trade-in instead of it being accepted at the store. She said she emailed me the link for the shipping label. When I got home and checked my email, there was an email but the link did not lead me to a shipping label. It lead me to my account activity. Came back to the store the next day and had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before being helped, only to be told that there was no shipping label and that the trade in should have been accepted by the store yesterday. I was told she wasn’t a new employee and has been working there for a while. Please train your employees better. Definitely wont be back to this location in the future.

Daniel Warburton (DW): Thank you so much Jason!I just stopped in to ask them to help me switch over my mother's very old Motorola phone due to the new 5G switch over. This would include activation and transfer of all of her contacts, photos, and passwords. I was not purchasing anything. Jason still took the time to troubleshoot any issues and successfully help me out. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Ron Ackerman: The store has plenty of parking in front, the actual store is clean and well organized. You get greeted 🤗 upon entering every time even if the employees are busy. I was help fast and left super happy with a great deal after I switched to Sprint from Verizon which was a lot more expensive. In fact they paid for my financed phones with Verizon and I walked out with a top of the line additional phone 📲. Kudos to Steven the manager and his team Claudia, Ruben, Hugo, Edisson, Effrain, and Rene. Special thanks to Karina who was tremendously patient with me.😊

Chloe Style: We were extremely disappointed with the customer service we got today May 11th, 2022 at 6.20pm at T- mobile Coral Way & SW 25th (2520 SW 22nd st, Miami, FL 33145). We were NOT told all the existing offers and plans and we were asked and ran our credit before giving us the information, which is extremely rude. He said he could only explain the different offers once he checked our credit. We basically had to beg for getting the information. We felt that the seller (a man with bear and Latin accent in his 40's) was only trying to give us the most expensive offers. Hopefully, this helps for the next customers. Please, be aware!!!!!!!!

Chrystina Johnson: My cell phone was not powering on. I went to this location for assistance. After waiting over 30 minutes, someone finally waited on me. To make a long store short, the manager suggest I purchase a new phone. I only had my phone for less than 6 months. When I said, Why would I spend another $700 on a phone?" He replied," I can not fix your phone because we only sell phones." Needless to say I left the store without a working phone. I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received.

John BassLife Gamez: So many times I've had to rush into this store with all kinds of issues ragarding my personal or work phone. Issues created by my own doing. I have to say that Matthew and his team at this location have been the utmost professionals. Matthew immediately jumps into action no matter if he's taken care of 75 customers and I'm 76. He brings the same positive and admiral attitude to every customer he encounters. I know, cause I have been there and seen it with my own eyes. The team in general is excellent. Fatima Lalani: Walked in to the store initially to change my screen protector out. Walked out with a new phone, new case, and new screen to protect. There was a line when I came in, but it moved very quickly and I was fortunate to have Carlitos assist me. He explained some different options for me with my phone lease ending soon, and was VERY honest about what I should do, which products to buy and which to pass on. I appreciate that I was not being upsold into the most expensive options when they were not right for me. Even down the unnecessarily expensive accessories. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered my million questions without rushing me. Highly recommend asking for him if you need any services at this location!

Jeremey W: The worst customer service imaginable. Please go to the one in brickell nearby instead. Far more knowledgeable and at least give an effort. At this location they do everything in their power to not have to assist you/get you out of the store. On one occasion they literally convinced me not to get a plan so they didn’t have to help me. Both occasions they didn’t know an answer to a single question I asked. Lazy staff.

I would highly recommend this T Mobile to anyone simply because of the excellent service I received. Marc and Victor went out of their way to patiently explain the various plans and the tremendous choice of devices available (I know very little about the new devices and by the time I left I felt like an expert lol). The Manager of the branch keeps a close eye to ensure every representative is doing their best. I don't know the kind of training the staff follows but I must say HAT'S OFF". The location is neat and very well organized indeed. A gem on Biscayne. Very well done! 5 stars from me

Chloe Style: We were extremely disappointed with the customer service we got today May 11th, 2022 at 6.20pm at T- mobile Coral Way &SW 25th. We were not told all the existing offers and plans and we ask our credit before giving us the information, which is extremely rude. we basically had to beg for getting the information. We felt that the seller ( a man with bear and Latin accent ) was only trying to give us the most expensive offers. Hopefully, this helps for the next customers. Please, be aware!!!!!!!!

This review has no connection whatsoever with T-Mobile as a company and its great products and service. This brand has changed the industry forever. This review is 100% about this store and more specifically its staff, not all of them. Second time here, and I experienced extremely bad customer service. First time, they added a bunch of services such as insurance that I never agreed on. T-Mobile central helped me to remove them. Second time, they didn’t want to honor a current promotion as they wanted me to add one more line when it was not necessary per the offer’s terms and conditions. T-Mobile central helped me with the order over the phone. This store really needs strong customer service training for its staff or revamping because customer satisfaction is bottom low. They don’t have good manners to talk to a customer and they don’t care about the customer experience but only about how many lines they can activate. Store is clean and modern. The issue here is the staff of the store which doesn’t represent the great customer service T-Mobile offers. Avoid having a bad time and go to another T-Mobile location where they really value your experience as a customer.

Austin Zimmerman: I can NOT even put into words how PHENOMENAL my experience was today at this T-Mobile location. Specifically a HUGE thank you to: JD, Bravo and Mimi. They went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with their customer service on making sure everything was perfect and what I asked for. Today was such a smooth experience, which is very rare when dealing with buying new phones/trading in old ones, promotions ect.. and they jumped through hoops and every obstacle to make sure that the phone I got, GB's needed and every last detail was secure and exactly what I wanted. If you're reading this, (and I can not express this enough...) I 100,000% recommend to go to this store location in Brickell, you truly wont regret it. Again, thank you so much to the team for all your help today and no matter where I am in FL, I will personally drive to this location for my phone/ service needs.

Ruben Ruiz: No stars! I am a Sprint customer and Wednesday evening went with my wife to get new phones wit a promotion. According to Sprint all we had to do at T Mobile was go in and switch phones. Then it began, I was supposed to switch to Sprint and they charged me money to buy the phones I already had charged the tax on the phones I was never given and in the middle of the transaction it was time for the customer service representative that was taking care of me to have dinner and connected me with Sprint in India and left me to arrange my own phones etc. I was never given a order number etc. So Thursday I spoke to a real Sprint agent who is a manager on the phone and she told me that they did everything wrong. They cancelled my order and were to return and credit my bank. I was given a Inter action number and now have to return and speak ONLY with a manager who has access to this number to get my phones! Today Friday I received a message thanking me for adding a protection to phones I don't have and I did not order this service. I am calling the store no one picks up as I am trying to get in touch with a manager so to go in and resolve this. T Mobile has shown me nothing in the way of good service. As a Human Resources Director I would fire all of them!

Response: Your device came into the store with water damage, you accepted the terms that some phone components can go bad during the cleaning process, the success rate depends of many variables like which kind of water (salty,fresh) , time the phone kept water inside, phone still on (water act like piece of wire that send voltages to a place not supposed to received any). You were told the phone needed micro soldering for it to be good to go but you didn't want that service.

Indira Rios: Excellent customer service. Nice people in this store. This place is very clean and comfortable.

Michael Reed: Bought a 64 gig micro sdcard for my phone. It worked for half a day and then said corrupt and formatting would not fix it. Called the very next day and was told no exchanges.

A L: Fast, friendly service and fair prices but the quality of the phone screen replacement unfortunately is subpar. Got my iPhone screen replaced here with them. But then I decided to buy a brand name screen protector directly from the Apple store instead of through them since the last off-brand screen protector that I let a local cell phone store apply is the reason my phone screen needed to be replaced in the first place. Anyway I get to Apple and they apply the screen protector and apply a little bit of pressure to press the screen protector into place along the edges and the screen got a large black “hole” on the display and little white spots as well where the pressure was applied. Lucky for me Apple has exceptional customer service and will be replacing my entire phone screen for free since they assume responsibility for the damage that occurred during the application of the screen protector. But, I know this would not have occurred had I simply went to Apple to get their brand’s screen replacement even if I had to pay more. Quality over quantity. I paid for a cheap off-brand screen protector and my entire phone screen broke less than a day later. Then I go to Cell phone hop to get the screen replaced and less than an hour later, the led display is damaged. Lesson learned, stick to the high quality brands folks, you certainly get what you pay for.

They must have changed management or something the gentlemen who used to run this place were so nice and polite and really wanted to help the customer. I have fixed and purchased phones from here for over 4 years and never had an issue. I drive a half an hour just to come here because I used to feel valued as a customer. Yesterday the phone screen just came off unglued or whatever they put on there. The guy said there is nothing that he can do it’s not their fault. I had another phone I was taking in to get repaired but I will never do business here again. This is why small businesses fail because they have no customer service skills. In my business I care more about my client continuing to do business with me. Don’t get your phone fixed here unless you want to pay double. Just take your phone to someone knowledgeable who can guarantee their work!

AllAbout Ayana: I took my phone to get repaired less than 2 months ago when I first picked it up I notice it was malfunctioning but I hesitated to take it back to him because it took the guy too many hours to repair my phone. My left side of my screen went out no cracks nor did I drop my phone I took it back he wouldn’t even give me a reasonable price for his trash work. He uses cheap products takes hours and speaks so rude and unprofessional. It’s not worth a penny go somewhere else.

You originally came in because your device did not read a sim card, our technicians thoroughly diagnosed it and determined that your iphone xr sim reader had come detached from the board so he attached it tested it, called you in and was billed accordingly. You came back stating the phone was showing invalid sim, we advised you that the phone is carrier locked and the sim card you are using will not work on the device unless it is unlocked and that it is not related in any way to the repair we did, however you proceeded to blame us. We are willing to go above and beyond to make sure we solve any problems or concerns you have, please stop by our store again and speak to the manager and he will make sure to solve any issues you have, we will also call you as a courtesy just in case you do not see our reply.

Lisa Thompson: Took my son's brand new laptop which had a cracked LCD, the fat guy said 3-5 business days and charged $187.76. I called Five business days later he said the new LCD came cracked and that it would be another 5 business days, so I asked for a refund, he kept $32.00, and returned my son's laptop completely damaged, the entire screen is now blank when I ga6it to him, still working with only a small crack. Don't go there, they are scammers and thieves. Very professional!
Response: Upon receipt of the laptop we gave you a form to fill up that indicates that if no repair is done there will be diagnostics fee ( the fee covers technician time and shipping costs), most computer parts have to be ordered these days and we do get them in a timely manner. Kristen D: Cracked my Iphone 7+ screen and was able to bring it in right after calling. They fixed it while I waited. There was a few issues with the screen but I brought the phone back and they replaced it with a new screen, no extra cost, on the spot. Really very kind and responsive

Marcos Miranda: Incredible service! I got a printed estimate about cost of the reparation. The technician said 40 minutes and he came back in 20 with my laptop repaired and he saved me 30 dollars from the original estimate as the part didn't need to be replaced. I can recommend them, they have very good manners and for a small business they are more professional than many big companies I know. I am returning this next Saturday to buy a phone with them, there are some good offers.

Edward Washington: My fiance's cracked the back of her iPhone XS Max and we got it repaired quickly in a few hours here. It looks as good as new! It was $99 and we also bought a front screen protector for $10. Hopefully we won't need another phone fixed but if we do, we'll come back here for the repairs.

Berenice New Neighbor Hood: The website for this store claims they open at 9:00am, but i showed up at 9:17 am and the doors were completely closed. I then proceeded to call AT&T's customer service number and the black male agent who answered had an attitude the entire time like he was doing me a favor. I simply wanted to ask him if the opening times had changed for this particular location and wanted to know at what time this store would be opening because I wanted to look at the cellphone size differences before buying one. However, the "customer service agent" offered me absolutely no helpful information whatso ever. This company really has become a dump!!

D Dub: Sean is the GOAT best rep I have ever done business with, he got everything we needed even fixed issues created by other reps , Sean also helped us get DIRECTV in our house by keeping up with us making it seamless. I had just moved to a new house and he really went above and beyond to get us set up !!! He should be the manager of that place, Sean truly embodies the lost art of customer appreciation and care. The only reason I still do business with ATT is Sean give the man a raise !

Molon Lave: Mr Sean Kennedy is the best rep I ever experienced in my life as a customer of a cellphone provider company. He helped me and made me to want to be an AT&T customer because of his professional way treating a customer and his willingness to serve the customer in a very respectful way. I am a customer of this provider because of him, and not of the services or prices the company offered me. As a matter of fact the company (AT&T) declined my request, and it took Mr. Sean K. 6 whole hours to solve it. What a shame AT&T, treating your new customers like we owe you something. Martin Ogawa: I wanted an upgrade on a laptop connection card. I normally order these AT&T products over the phone but wanted to get the sales pitch and technical support. With all the different Mac and Windows Operating Systems, the configuration of some of these products may be tricky. The last AT&T Store Rep that I purchased the card from was exceptional. Unfortunately, this store in Downtown Miami was not the place for any service or support on this type of product. I was in the store for over 2 hours and left without the product I purchased. They simply didn't have the skills or access to the resources to activate and configure the product. The Store Manager Kristen was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She took no ownership of the problem and was unable to comprehend that my years of being a customer should mean something. With this AT&T Store, they don't care about customer loyalty. It really felt like she wanted to get me out of the store so that she could find other customers should was able to help. They have some really cool things items in these AT&T Mobility Stores, it's too bad I'm not interested in ever stepping foot in this store again.

Joseph Fasi: I have been to this store twice and both times I had superb service. It may be that I had the same Retail Sales consultant both times and he was great. Placide Paul is a real bonus to the company and I will email him and speak with him when I need help at this ATT store. He even took the time to evaluate my plans and suggested changes that improved service and saved me money. Whenever I have an issue, I go to the 1st street store downtown Miami and ask for Mr Paul.

Eyleen Diaz: Please, don’t waste your time or money at this merchant. I found them through Groupon. The technician changed my broken screen in 15 minutes. At first, I thought I had hit the jackpot. Quick and affordable. That thought quickly changed. Before I left the parking lot, I realized my screen looked different. The color was off. I returned to speak to them. I was told that was normal and there was nothing they could do. I then realized when I put my sunglasses on, I could not see the screen AT ALL! I was told that was normal too, and I should change my polarized sunglasses to regular ones. They refused to help me. After numerous attempts, they started ignoring my calls. Luckily, I went to ubreakifix in the Gables, and they restored my phone for me. I was told the parts Procell had used were cheap and low quality. Also, the lady at the front desk was rude. I will most definitely not be going back to this store... EVER!

Saad Sadiq: I went to Procell through a Groupon and the service was very disappointing and I wish I had the option to get my broken screen back and get a refund. First they installed a faulty screen that was flickering as soon as I walked outside the store. But the flicker was occasional so they didn't change it then and there. It took several trips and a video evidence to make them believe that there was a problem. Then they claimed that the problem was in the software. After several arguments they reluctantly changed the screen but this screen is draining the battery 3 times faster than the original screen. They originally mentioned one month warranty, but after one replace they said I will have to pay the next time. Very disappointed in the service and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pepe Pingu: STOP DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The only reason I put 5 in Groupon is because Groupon has it RIGDED so you don’t see the BAD reviews first. Only the 5 stars appear unless you scroll ALL the way down. They told me that the parts were OEM and they’re NOT. They use a cheap version that CRACKS and flickers. Mine cracked in just a couple of days. It also messes up sound and picture. I had my iPhone 5 for two years and NEVER had a problem, the screen was scratched so I wanted to replace it. but the problems started when I left Procell. I went back and they told me I should have said something while I was there and not wait till a few days went by. Really bad place to do business with and cheap parts.

I just find it sad that you would like to hurt our business when all we did was serve you and explain you that we provide you with the best quality part on the market and at the same time offer you an exchange and you declined.
