Tom Farmer: Block and a half from Ocean Drive and cheap despite it. Easy in and out. Well lit and staff on duty to assist on a busy Saturday night.

I overheard other people from my hotel wondering where their car was after waiting an hour. Needless to say I parked here and I’m spending half price and I know my ride is safe.
Mercedes Cruz: Super cheap parking. Best parking in the area. And extremely close to the beach. If you have any questions or need help with anything, there is always someone working there who can help you out. Be sure to pack for your parking before exiting the parking garage.

KCP PARKING LOT: what do users think?
Simone Martinez: Cheap overnight parking $10 in a gated lot belonging to a church. All the other lots and garages in the area charge $50 and up. I stayed at the Marriott and parked there for $10 per night. You can’t go wrong in this lot.
Richard Young: This parking company Has the best staff and locations is the best for any tourists who are visiting Miami and pricing is excellent and affordable then south beach I recommend this parking lot for anyone on a budget or family night.

Hannah Falk: So impressed with Park N Fly Miami! We felt like it was a safe and well priced place to keep our car while on vacation. Shuttle service was quick and driver was great. Our flight back Kept getting delayed and they were awesome to work with! The guy on the phone (wish I had His name) stayed in communication to make sure we were picked up, even after midnight, and got to our car. It was ready to go when we arrived back. Awesome business!

Dorys Santana: The service was very easy. Made my reservation on line for set dates. Check-in was very easy and directed to the shuttle for transport to the airport. Upon return used link provided to advise on our location. Pickup was done within 10 minutes and the car was ready for us when we arrived at the park n fly. I can only say wonderful things about this service and will continue to use it when we travel.

J E Brooks: This is hassle free, low cost parking. Drop off was simple and the pick up van came almost before we could walk out . After a 13 hour flight I was grateful not to wait. I loved having covered parking. Price was so low for the service given.

Kay Cee: This was a great decision. Easy reservations, pull up, give your key, the gentleman takes your luggage to the shuttle bus and shuttles you to the airport. No worries. When you return and land. Call them and the shuttle meets you upstairs in departure at specific door and takes you to the garage where your car is ready and waiting for you. Easy peasy.

Robert Eich: Before I scheduled parking for my cruise I checked the cancelation and refund policy just in case it was canceled due to the pandemic and sure enough the group I was going with canceled. So I canceled my parking a few days later and over 3 months from when I made the reservation no cancelation email I tried the chat and no one came online I emailed a few times and nothing no phone number to call so I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company hopefully I will get a refund.
Jamie Grau: I paid this company for Cruise Ship Parking and Round Trip Shuttle Service. The services were never provided. We had to pay for transportation each way and had to pay the Garage twice the amount for parking. The company is unresponsive.
Reesa Werling: The driver was racing like an indy driver, throwing people all over the place whipping around curves and turns on the way to the port and back! We stood in line at the terminal for over an hour and a half waiting to find the van to return us to our cars! My car was well watched but the overall experience was not impressive!

Isaac Lenox: Car almost broken into 3 times. We didn’t check the dash cam until the second night. They stole our tire air caps. We parked right next to a garage camera too. We had one more day on our reservation, but they would not even refund that unused day (we moved to a different garage), let alone the entire three digit reservation cost. We spoke to four different staff members, including the manager at the office the next day. The elevators were slow, buggy, and often wouldn’t go anywhere even after mashing the button. Far nicer garages for less $$ and better security and customer service.

Carolina Hoffman: Used this for my first trip to Miami. The first directions we received were unclear, once you arrive to the building no signs at all. Next was the lack of communication from the shuttles, first shuttle was extremely slow. The second one, the one I went on, was awful. They filled the van like crazy. Overall terrible service, it is affordable so I guess you get what you paid for. I would like to point out both shuttles that pulled up had something going on with their side mirrors which is alarming. The van was torn apart on the inside, you could see the airbags!

Address is listed on the reservation and can be found using various adress apps suchs as waze, google maps among others. Shuttles run continiously every 15-30 minutes and are provded to you as a courtesy to ther parking reservation. Tom Graver: The garage itself is fantastic! Customer service and responsiveness to questions was great! The shuttle service, however, is an abomination!!! They first denied us service to the port even after showing proof of full pre-payment. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I asked one of the drivers to call for me. It took 20 minutes to resolve the issue and by then we had missed two busses! Upon return, we waited over an hour for the first bus to arrive full. Second bus was supposed to be 10 minutes behind- but after 30 minutes I hailed a cab to get my car and come back for my family. As I got to me car, my family got on next bus- 1 hour after the first. Once on the bus, the driver insisted on circling at the port multiple times- they didn’t care that they had already screwed us-just kept driving around looking for more passengers who had likely already taken cabs of their own. Parking Garage- 5 Stars, Shuttle Service- Negative 5 Stars!!
renee demings: I would never use this service again. We followed the directions as stated on the yellow paper the driver gave us when we returned from our cruise. I called after waiting 30 mins. No one ever picked up. You would hear music and than the phone line would disconnect you. I called 18 times for this company to pick us up. We did not get picked up for one hour and a half along with at least 50 other people. They only had 2 vans running. They were bringing people to the port and picking people up .

When arriving there was a long line which was understandable UNTIL we find out they had only ONE VAN THAT WAS TAKING ONLY 4 PEOPLE AT A TIME! Response: Mrs. Tricarico please be advised that our company only transport 4 passengers per reservation. Per shuttle service is a courtesy as you only pay for parking not transportation. Perhaps you got confused as per statement Mae of four Passenger per van. In addition, we have four shuttles running to an from the port from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm non stop. Waiting time at the port and at The facility is due to port/street traffic WIC we can’t control. We re te closest facility to the port and one o te company that’s includes most amount of passenger as a courtesy to the reservation. Our cancellation policy is 24 r in advance to Reservation and same applies to third party booking companies therefore statement Made regarding our company is completely inaccurate.
Rob C: Easy to find using GPS. Drive right to it. Check in went well and parking no issues there. A bit of a wait for the shuttle but it was as not a big deal for us. Waited about 20 to 30 minutes . Luggage was was put on by the driver and off we went. Smooth process. Upon returning after the cruise is where things went bad. Some people waited 2 hours for a shuttle. We waited close to an hour. Did not even see a single shuttle go by. Tried calling but message was in Spanish. Given that shuttles stop at 11am we were becoming anxious and thought to grab an Uber so we could get our vehicle. All at once there were 2 shuttles. Standing in the heat not knowing what was going on was frustrating. Car was safe and exit was good. Will think twice about using this again. Felt very disorganized.

Howard Andresen: WORST EVER SERVICE! We did as instructed upon returning from a Norwegian Cruise and called WeParkinMiami multiple times NOBODY answered the phone. One of their van drivers stopped to say he would be back in 5 minutes to take us back to the parking garage. We waited 45 minutes! NOBODY showed up We took a cab to retrieve our car They owe me $25
Priscilla Morgan: You get what you pay for. The distance is ideal and you are in an enclosed garage. But the # of shuttles they have running is low. There was a 45 minute wait to get to the ship I was scheduled to be on. And when I returned, I took an urber to the garage because none of the shuttles had showed up. The wait was 30 minutes and no one was around. It’s prob worth to part at the port.

Louie and Amanda Ortega: This place is terrible. My first interaction with someone was trying to help me park, I tried speaking Spanish to him, he kept giving me hand signals, but didn’t talk, it was very frustrating. I tried to leave, but was not allowed out without a ticket, but I had a credit card transaction showing I paid for one day. Had my wife walk back to our hotel to look for our ticket, causing us lost time on our trip. DO NOT PARK HERE
Frank Whittle: Good Service. Parked here while staying at the Boulan South Beach. The garage is part of the hotel. Would definitely use them again.
Annie Sajous: If I could give them zero stars I would. Not less than 24 hours after getting my brand new 2019 car, one of their valet attendants scratched the front of my car. I’ve emailed and called regarding the repair of my car and no response. They’re lucky I know someone who can fix the damage for free. Stay away if you can.
Coleen Ross: I was having a rough evening and the attendant Mylou was so respectful and compassionate especially explaining the pay kiosk. To date I have never had a note worthy experience with a parking garage but I would come back to this place knowing he works there and cares about his clients. The young man who checked in my vehicle was also sweet but not remarkable enough to read his name tag.

I called the phone number for the parking lot, to see if they could credit me the 10 dollars, and a very rude man, sounded like the owner...said that I am a grown up, that he cannot babysit people, and yadi yada...instead of helping or at least crediting me part of the fee, he basically said no...he could care less, he made a quick 10 dollars on me...

Police officer told us there are no cameras around and it’s a common thing that is happening all around downtown Miami. Hello, Miami! No investigation, nothing wd be possible? Owner of the parking never picked up the phone.
Dustin Bell: DO NOT BUY MONTHLY PARKING THROUGH SPOTHERO! I was told they would not give me an access card for unlimited in/out access, unless I paid an extra month IN CASH, outside of Spothero! Why even advertise with Spothero if that is the company policy?? NO I do not want a pack of validation stickers, NO I do not want to pay daily rate until you feel like processing the access card.

Sri Veluchamy: Visited the beach morning around 10 AM on a busy thanksgiving weekend. I was still able to find ample parking lots. You need to park, key in your license plate number in the parking meter and pay. It charged 6 dollars for 2 hours. Very close to the beach and if you have to extend the time, you could do that in the meter as well. Very convenient.

Renee Smith: Extremely tight parking, especially if your vehicle is on the larger side, SUV, suburban, etc. Cost was average for beach parking but no reduced cost for handicapped individuals with placards. Odd considering most state laws include free handicapped parking.

A lot of people were circling but there were empty spots so idk what that was about it but I expected parking to be $20 for a few hours and it was less than 10 so I’ll def come back. Beach is also less crowded and objectively nicer on this side compared to 1st street area.

Donterria Jackson: I wanted to like them...but pick up and drop off is not every 10 to 15 min. Plus, they seem overwhelmed with the whole process. Here you get what you pay for....

Michel Oliva Barroso: A lot of offers in the same place, nice views and good drinks.
kexin wang: Is No more hourly rate at a game day. They change it to FLAT RATE $50 after I parked, and charge me $7 more just because all the car stuck in the park and cannot get out. So you have to pay 57 to watch one game!
Eric Davis: The third automated pay station I visited worked. The garage was locked up with cars trying to enter/exit. Do not park here, I’ll say it again, Do not park here.
Cherri Lam: We went in on a weekday (Thursday) and went in the garage before 11am and out at 1pm; it charged me $12 instead of $6.
Bhavik Patel: Total garbage place to park. Trashy Smell all around the lot.
Alex Fridman: I liked this parking garage. Decent prices. Plus, they have a "lunch special" for $6, which I think is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lisa Du: Their sign says lunch special is “in by 11” but we were in before 11 and got charged full rate. I think they mean in “after” 11 but person who made the sign doesn’t speak English.
Eric Gabel: They charged us 50$ for just one hour even though the website said something completely different for the weekend! This is absolutely unacceptable and a total rip off!
