Edward Washington: My fiance's cracked the back of her iPhone XS Max and we got it repaired quickly in a few hours here. It looks as good as new! It was $99 and we also bought a front screen protector for $10. Hopefully we won't need another phone fixed but if we do, we'll come back here for the repairs.

Carmenza Lopez: Horrible customer service!!! I bought a pair of shoes for mother's day gift for my sister. She tried on and she didn't like them so I came back to store to returned ( after 7 days) . The "manager" told me he couldn't give me the refund because the price sticker was cut and shoes a little bit dirty. ( I got the shoes without box and a little dirty because everyone tries the shoes in the store). I was in shock!!! He was so rude and unprofessional! Thanks God I went to another Nordstrom Rack and the manager did the refund without any problem!!!! I have been a customer from this location since it opened but I won't come back again!

P: I had high expectations as the reviews here are mostly good, but unfortunately that was not the case with me. I just visited the store in Brickell to understand the options for a SIM card as I've just moved to the US. The staff was not able to explain me the differences between the $50 prepaid and $85 post paid (apart from the fact that I could finance a phone which was not interesting to me). And he was clearly keen to get done with me as new customers arrived and he talked to them in Spanish that I was leaving thinking that I didn't understand Spanish. Shame service AT&T, I'll get my mobile plan with someone else

Went to the Brickell AT&T store and lucked up and got the most helpful young man, Frank. He was professional, respectful (I’m a senior person), and most efficient. He explained all my options, I bought the iPhone 12 and he swapped data while I went to Brickell Citi Center for drinks and snacks! Back and all done! I bought my last phone there, that guy was nice too but Frank is a cut above! Thank you Frank!

Valentina Ruiz Segura: I bought a screen protector to my Apple Watch, I asked for SE -apple watch, they said they had one who fits but didn’t work at all. I went back there and the guy who was Venezuelan didn’t want to make a return because I didn’t have a receipt. And the other girl didn’t want to make it too. Until I get angry 😡 and they gave me my money back, the guy was rude to me! Also it was so expensive, I paid 37 dollars for a screeen protector and in apple are for 20!!!! Bad customer service and they don’t sell what you need. I’m not gonna come back again.

M Kha: Nightmare expensive parking and traffic to get in and out. Easier to drive to the same stores in a different area where they have easy and FREE parking. Even downtown has free parking for Whole Foods. Yet here, parking costs more than your purchases. These are very discounted chain stores like Ross and Target. Parking can't cost more than what you buy, and if it does than make it convenient and easy, not like here. Street parking confusion backs up the traffic here as well. Don't turn into this mall area. you will get stuck. Especially that narrow street at Target. It blocks eastbound lanes of NE 36th st, so avoid that street too. Just avoid this mall. Even if you park in their overpriced garages, you will walk and walk and walk outside in the rain to get to your stores..

Because all of my passwords were saved on my old phone with the black screen, I was unable to set up my new phone, since I did not recall my Apple ID information. Pedro went above and beyond to assist me with getting access to my account, even after speaking to an Apple representative (who had no idea what he was talking about and was totally incompetent). Shamika Martinez: I appreciated the availability of items and the cleanliness of the store. There's a great selection of children's clothes and shoes. The toy department is nice as well. The bathrooms needed a little more attention. I wanted to add that there's an employee named Valnise that always goes out of her way to provide great customer service. She is an asset to this location.

Mary Frenger: well, 1. Target stores have very good schedule. 2. there is a vast variety of products handy in a one-store in comparison to others. (would there be a Target in Bayside area?) 3. sometimes there can be some interesting clearance products. 4. Target is clean and organized. 5. personnel is very nice people.

Nicole Alejandra Castro Serrano: The best supermarket, well organized although some workers are not willing to help still the majority gave a great service, besides the location is splendid. Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Ju Barros: I wish I could give less stars. I had a TERRIBLE experience buying on target. It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

Leonel Del Castillo: My business partner and I went to the store to upgrade our phones, upon entering, 2 employees were there, one was helping another customer, while the other ( a lady) was comfortably sitting on a chair, in a corner with her phone, without putting her phone away or standing up she said " what do you need" we were shocked and we gave her another chance to put her phone away and stand up and greet the right way.. 3 times and she didn't stand up. Finally with bad attitude she stood up but we were so disappointed that we left. We are truly disgusted with AT&T. This happened April 27th at around 6pm

So im not really looking forward going back there an I will probably just change provider and service shop. We had to wait outside of the store for about 15 min but during this weird times, we appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe. Jan Solo: Great experience in this location, I needed assistance with an issue that Ive had with At&t in my bill for months and after bouncing from store to store they where finally able to assist me. John Acosta: Dropped off my surface pro 6 to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Upon pickup, I immediately noticed silver scratch marks all around my screen (my surface pro is black). Leo advised that this is due to the process of removing the screen.... Seems like I went to get one thing repaired and left with another issue. Apart from this, there is visible glue all around the screen. I chose to take it to CPR miami because I wanted a clean job done, had I known I was going to receive my surface pro in the condition I did, I would’ve done the repair myself and saved me some money ($320 repair). 2 stars because the guys were nice, however, I think the work done on the surface pro should be rated 1 due to the scratch marks around my screen. Had they warned me in advance that this was a and had I accepted this possibility I would not be bothered. Won’t be doing business here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Helaine Taylor: The team at the CPR were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they went the extra mile. After 2 days of trying everything to save my daughters photos and not succeeding due to the iPhone 10 glitch they didn’t even charge us anything. Thank you so much for the professionalism and great service provided. I recommend this crew to anyone with phone issues. Don’t even bother going to Apple they just want you to buy a new phone, that’s what they suggested as the iPhone 10 in their opinion is already old 🙃. Go figure.

courtney May: I had a great experience at this store! My phone was shattered and I was told by Apple that they could not replace it- and I would have to buy a new phone. I did not have anything recent backed up, and luckily the manager of this store was 100 percent confident that he could fix it without issue. Two hours later, I walked out a happy customer with a good as new screen! Highly recommend giving them a try before heading to Apple or your service carrier to save you some money!

Lilian Lee-Ferland: I brought my Iphone in as the screen was badly cracked. The manager, Leo is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt assured that my phone was in good hands. When I had my phone back, it looked like new again. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my overall experience and the job well done. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a place to repair their phone.

Anuj Naidu: What an amazing experience. I have an iPhone 7 and it had a cracked screen. Apple would have charged $150 minimum to replace it but Leo fixed it for $100. Leo is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing. He fixed my phone in 30 minutes max and it looked brand new again. I highly recommend this business to fix your phone!

I've gone to other electronic repair store and CPR is the best!! Both my husband and I needed our laptop fixed and the tech Leo made our day. I highly recommend CPR, I have fixed phone a MacBook Pro and an HP laptop there and I leave a happy customer. I recently went to do a physical repair for my HP laptop, it was suppose to be a one-hour job they did it in less than 20 minutes!

A L: Fast, friendly service and fair prices but the quality of the phone screen replacement unfortunately is subpar. Got my iPhone screen replaced here with them. But then I decided to buy a brand name screen protector directly from the Apple store instead of through them since the last off-brand screen protector that I let a local cell phone store apply is the reason my phone screen needed to be replaced in the first place. Anyway I get to Apple and they apply the screen protector and apply a little bit of pressure to press the screen protector into place along the edges and the screen got a large black “hole” on the display and little white spots as well where the pressure was applied. Lucky for me Apple has exceptional customer service and will be replacing my entire phone screen for free since they assume responsibility for the damage that occurred during the application of the screen protector. But, I know this would not have occurred had I simply went to Apple to get their brand’s screen replacement even if I had to pay more. Quality over quantity. I paid for a cheap off-brand screen protector and my entire phone screen broke less than a day later. Then I go to Cell phone hop to get the screen replaced and less than an hour later, the led display is damaged. Lesson learned, stick to the high quality brands folks, you certainly get what you pay for.

Chrystina Johnson: My cell phone was not powering on. I went to this location for assistance. After waiting over 30 minutes, someone finally waited on me. To make a long store short, the manager suggest I purchase a new phone. I only had my phone for less than 6 months. When I said, Why would I spend another $700 on a phone?" He replied," I can not fix your phone because we only sell phones." Needless to say I left the store without a working phone. I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received.

John BassLife Gamez: So many times I've had to rush into this store with all kinds of issues ragarding my personal or work phone. Issues created by my own doing. I have to say that Matthew and his team at this location have been the utmost professionals. Matthew immediately jumps into action no matter if he's taken care of 75 customers and I'm 76. He brings the same positive and admiral attitude to every customer he encounters. I know, cause I have been there and seen it with my own eyes. The team in general is excellent. There was a line when I came in, but it moved very quickly and I was fortunate to have Carlitos assist me. He explained some different options for me with my phone lease ending soon, and was VERY honest about what I should do, which products to buy and which to pass on. I appreciate that I was not being upsold into the most expensive options when they were not right for me. Even down the unnecessarily expensive accessories. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered my million questions without rushing me. Highly recommend asking for him if you need any services at this location!

Andres Vargas: You want AT&T service? GO TO ANOTHER STORE. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. I was offered a phone plan with HBO and hotspot included at a lower price as it was a promo, again, offered to me. I didn’t ask for it. Of course I took it. Well, the bill showed me different. And when I went to complain about the discrepancy between what I was told and what it actually was, the guy from the store just said “sorry, there’s nothing I can’t do”. Yes, I can pick a lower plan, but the point is that these guys will tell you anything just to sell you whatever and then you realized is not true. Let’s jus say, they don’t know what they are doing for the most part. I also tried the home internet service, which they told me they were taking care of, but in the end I had to do it myself by calling directly to att. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. You’ll save yourself a lot of frustrations and wasted time.

Anthony st peter: Dishonest staff. I opened a line for an Esim with my international cellphone and they told me you have to get insurance and than cancel it later. I turned the line on and called ATT themselves and they asked why I’m canceling insurance on a line I just turned on. I explained to them I was told It’s automatic when you turn the line on from the store staff and in return the rep on the phone told me the store staff were lying and most likely receiving commission or sales goals to sign people up for insurance.

So we sat for an hour and a half, with no acknowledgement of our presence, not even a hello, for the girl to come up to us an ask if we can come in tomorrow morning instead. Okay. I sit for an hour and a half for you to tell me to go home and come back in the morning?!? Not even the slightest hello, I’m sorry or anything. Just rude. I’m very disappointed in this service.

Courtney Amor: Going in on a Friday night after work to get your phone fixed...no problem! These guys literally fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. Tech was friendly, showed me what was wrong with my battery, fixed the LCD screen and glass for $74 (bought a groupon)!!! I am super pleased and beyond grateful for their business ethics! Thanks again, but hopefully I won't have to see you for awhile, no offense!

TestedWater on Instagram&Twitter: NEVER buy phones from this place. After we established to meet at their store through Offerup, I asked Alberto inside if the S20+ unlocked was capable of 5g and he said yes, I had explained to him that I have poor reception in many areas around Miami and he nodded understandably. Afterwards I go to the local T-Mobile store and they notify me that the phone is an international model that lacks 5g. I try to return the phone and the snake oil salesman refuses a return and lies about the conversation we had. AVOID this place.

Izzy Espinoza: I never liked this place. I knew about it for many years now. They take advantage of people who know nothing about phones. The employees don't know anything them selves either. They told me my moms pin for her simple mobile account was our zip code(which it was not her zip code and it shouldn't be). That makes no sense what's so ever. I don't trust this business. I recommend people not to trust These 3rd party stores especially this one

Katherine Vargas: I went to get my phone fixed because, I had a problem with the screen which was just cracked nothing else was wrong with it literally just a screen cracked. I always take multiple phones which is why I trusted them but when i go pick it up not even an hour later passes and the phone automatically doesn’t work and just shuts down every 10 mins.. literally every ten mins.. I call them immediately and tell them I’m taking the phone because I am having a problem with my phone staying on after them fixing it.. when I go they tell me that there’s nothing they can do even though on their policy which I have the receipt it says they can fix it within 48 hours without any charge.. now they want to charge me even though I took my phone same day exactly an hour later after receiving the phone and they just don’t want to fix it at all. They also have made threats about fighting and just are unprofessional.. I’m going to contact BBB and so are many others and I will be reporting them. This is unacceptable especially when you’re helping them by giving them your business and they just want to take advantage of you.

Matthew Tech: Two thumbs way up! Flew down for a vacation yesterday as I was leaving the airport, dropped my phone shattering the screen, an expense I wasn’t expecting. Today after calling several shops all telling they could possibly get a screen tomorrow and have it back by Tuesday or Wednesday which wasn’t plausible because I am heading to the keys tomorrow, I called cellular c2go while on my way to actually buying a new phone and not only did they have a screen, but got me in right away and had my phone back to me quickly (37 minutes start to finish), they had the best price by a substantial bit! Marion Raudales: Super friendly personnel, professional service at a great price. Will come again and again. They have sold me all my screen protectors, I have purchase several phone cases, they have also fix 2 laptops and 1 cpu. Always return my repairs promptly and they all come with a warranty as well ; I have never had to return for a complaint. I will highly recommend this place. Kudos to Johathan and Juan Carlos they are always on point and offer to go the extra mile. I also like that they open seven days a week so no matter when I need their services they are always ready to assist.

I am glad that I did because it was amazing to see it. I like the area and the city centre as well. Very nice with an outdoor feeling. I enjoyed it.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked through the doors but the treatment made me feel like royalty. I could not have been happier with how they met my needs in a timely manner. Darkpaw1: I never been to a store where you have to schedule an appointment just to purchase a phone. I came in early afternoon on a Monday, and I had to schedule an appointment for Tuesday to purchase a phone. That is ludicrous. They weren't even that busy. The staff is amazing though, and are 90% of the reason I came back to buy a phone the following day. All the paperwork was a hassle though. I strongly recommend just doing an in-store pickup. Saves a lot of time. To put it bluntly, it took me 5 hours to get my phone.
