I called your company and the phone was answered right away. The young lady that answered the phone was very descriptive about the cost and what service you could provide for me! The first technician (Alain) came to my house diagnosed the issue right away, the fuse was blown. He the went to 3 different stores and was unable to get the part. He did inform me of this and I asked if I could try and get it for him and he sent me a picture of the fuse and described exactly what i needed. I replaced the fuse myself and it did not work. I texted him and he said that he could try and assist by sending another technician. I then saw a loose wire and he told me do not touch anything for my safety please wait for the technician. The second technician (Sergio) came to the house reattached the wire and the AC started working perfectly Unfortunately in our industry all we usually hear our negative things I really would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for both of these gentlemen and the young lady that answered the phone this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I can promise you that if somebody asks for an air-conditioning company I will be more than happy to recommend you. If anything ever goes wrong with my air conditioning I will be calling you again. Our 33-year-old gas water heater located in our very cluttered garage developed a leak that was in the process of damaging the boxes and property stored in the garage. My husband determined the heater was corroding away and needed to be replaced. While my husband decluttered the garage, threw away damaged goods and arranged to tear down the wall encasing the heater, I explored the options of where to buy a 40-gallon gas operated tall unit which is what we wanted. Been in Miami where it is easy to get ripped off, we felt it was safe to check with Lowes and Home Depot. Both outfits had the unit we wanted but both had contractors that required a home visit consultation that we felt sounded like a sales pitch. We did spoke by phone with the Home Depot contractor but we felt the estimated cost for the installation was too high. As for Lowes, at the time they had no installation contractor available. We thought we had time to shop around but during the weekend the leak became worse, probably accentuated by the vibrations or movement while removing the carpet and wall. It was then that my husband while urgently looking through the web for other options found the page of Miami Water Heater Inc. He was impressed by the reviews, the pictures, and videos, and first thing Monday morning he called Miami Water Heater. He spoke with Mr. Jorge Sanchez who informed my husband that their company specializes in Rheem heaters and that they both sell and install the unit. He also gave him an estimate of how much the unit and installation were going to cost. The cost was comparable with Home Depot though in the long run we pay less than if we have gone with Home Depot. Because my husband had a medical appointment, it was I who did all the coordination with Miami Water Heater Inc. I had the opportunity to coordinate with Mr. Jorge Sanchez who was very polite, attentive, helpful, and professional and had the patience to answer all my questions and concerns. He asked me to send him pictures of our current heater and of its location so he could determine what the job was going to require. Within minutes he called me back to give me the final estimate. All together, the new heater (a better model than offered by Home Depot), the installation, new stand, a ppv ¾ valve, the cost was lower than Home Depot. We agreed for the installation on the following day but shortly after, Jorge called me back to tell me he had a job cancellation, and that they could replace my heater on the same day. My husband was back from his medical appointment when the technicians showed up. The technicians, Alain Sanchez and Osmani, showed up on time. They were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They easily removed the old heater that was in very bad shape and installed a beautiful brand-new heater. We were very impressed by Alain and Osmani’s dexterity, positive attitude, and by the pride and love they show in their work. Alain even gave my husband a quick class on how to operate and trouble shoot the heater if the need arises. These two gentlemen did an excellent job, got the heater running and soon we had hot water again. Maurice Garcia: I do not often give a review, but in this case the service I received was impressive. Although the service did take 2 days, due to an unforeseen secondary issue. The technician diagnose the issue over the phone and we scheduled a visit the next day. Once the technician arrive he then noticed that the blower was improperly installed, and require to fabricate a piece of piping instead to doing a replacement. He not only saved me money the second visit was with no charge. I realized that this company is a responsible, reliable and put customer service above charging and signed up for their yearly maintenance.
