Paola Sarmiento: We used another Agency thinking it was Elite Nannies Miami but it was not and once we realized so we contacted Elite Nannies Miami and they were able to help us find our amazing nanny in under 1.5 weeks time with no issues whatsoever. It’s been over 8 months and we are so grateful to have Kristy as our nanny. Totally recommend, they actually care about giving the best service they can.
Yesenia Marchena: Excellence is the word that best describes the service we received and the quality of the nanny they referred, we loved her! They were recommended by some friends that had also used them, while visiting Miami, and they certainly lived up to the hype. Our full time nannie wasn’t feeling well and we needed help last minute, and they were responsive, thorough, and reliable. We trust them. We will definitely call them whenever we need additional help, and if/when we ever need a perm nanny, they’ll be the first I call.

Acfrenette: My husband and I inquired this companies service prior to our arrival in Miami within 5 days of needing an on call nanny. First via Instagram and was told I’d receive information via email. Got nothing. Then I called and spoke to someone who said they’d email resumes to hire the nanny. Ok. Well we chose the nanny and then heard nothing. It was literally the day before we needed the nanny that my husband decided to call Nanny Poppinz, who was prompt with everything. We ended up getting a nanny for the evening we needed through them. I don’t recommend this company for on call services because their response time or even communication in general is terrible. Check out Nanny Poppinz instead.

Anna Lee: Nanny Poppinz helped us find a sitter for a weekend away in Miami. They connected us to Amparo who was absolutely wonderful with our three children, ages 4, 3 and 7 months. She was very professional, nurturing and kind. We trusted her completely. Nanny Poppinz supplied us with a list of references to check. They background check every candidate and they placed us with a wonderful person. we will definitely use them again.
N S: Very unprofessional. Sitter didn’t show up after payment was made. They said I never confirmed, when in deed I did. Did nothing to rectify situation. Sitter was communicating with wrong phone number and texting wrong number even though I confirmed it multiple times. They tried to blame me for not answering back.
Acfrenette: My husband and I needed a night out in Miami without our 5 month old infant. We originally reached out to Elite Nanny’s On Call and their communication was terrible. We then started looking into other companies and I was impressed with the responsiveness this company offered. Within a day we had a resume of nanny who had years of experience with infants. Gertrude was fantastic with Salem and it was comforting for me as a new mom to leave my infant with Gertrude. Highly recommend this company and this nanny in particular in the Miami area.

Our coordinator Sara was quick to reply and asked thoughtful questions about the type of person we wanted to have watch our kids. We were able to FaceTime our sitter before so the kids (and my husband and I) felt more comfortable. Our sitter was punctual, patient and great to my kids. Couldn’t recommend this service more highly.

As a nanny/babysitter, I feel really safe with this company because my boss knows where I am, and the families get approved by the company. I also love that I get constant work. I don’t have to go out and advertise myself, the families simply come to me! I also love that I can work on my own schedule. If something in my personal schedule comes up, I simply go to the app and just block out my availability. Super easy. The best part about the job, though, is definitely the kids. I love spending time with them. I definitely recommend this company to anyone else who’s interested in a nannying job.

Maria Alexandrovna Deleurence: Good person and a nanny. We are international family and we tried to find a nanny who speaks both languages En and Fr and at the same time be professional. Our friend recommended her to us so we decided to have a meeting. She was friendly, calm and nice, our baby seemed to like her when she took him, so we set up a day. It was not easy for us to leave our 6 month old baby for her, because it was a first time that we had to do it but not with his grandparents. First time it was just the evening and then we left him for the day and night. We think everything went good. She were informing us by sms what they where doing and were sending us some pics. What i really appreciate. I highly recommend her as she tries to take care of your baby as close as you, for him/her to not feel the difference.

Chelsea Plumb: I used Treehands services while I was in Miami for work last week. I booked a little last minute, the night before for a 7am appointment the next day. Kathya was very quick to follow up with all the necessary forms and information to confirm. She was extremely punctual, the hotel called me at 7am on the dot that she had arrived and was coming up to the room. I could tell right away that my infant son would be happy with her. She was very warm and engaged with him while I prepared to leave. When I returned Kathya was able to tell me how much he ate, when and how long he slept for, and how many diapers he went through. When I walked in the door they were laughing and playing together. Also, I accidentally overpaid my invoice by $200 which I didn’t notice but Kathya let me know immediately and refunded me promptly. I would absolutely use Treehands again and would recommend to anyone who is nervous to leave their baby with a sitter for the first time.

Renata Ponsirenas: We had a great experience with Treehands Edutainment. I have been curious about them for a while and needed help during spring break. I have a very curious, active 5 year old. The nanny assigned to us was extremely sweet, on time and attentive. Also, they made everything work managing our last minute changes in work schedule. It was great seeing my daughter enjoying her time off from school while still learning.
