Michelle: Terrible customer service! Buyer beware! I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an online order on 3/26. Don't use the contact us on their website, you'll never get a response. On 4/5, after several phone call attempts, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. He said that the product was discontinued from the manufacturer, so they would not be able to fulfill my order. He said he would cancel my order and refund my card. I never received an email confirmation. A week later on 4/12, after not seeing a credit on my card, I tried calling over and over. No one would answer the phone. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then this place lied to my credit card company and said I never cancelled my order. On 5/14, I tried calling again and the lady that answered was so rude! She said lady you called the store, you have to call back tomorrow at 11. I kept asking for someone to help me with my online order and she kept telling me to call back tomorrow. My husband tried calling in Spanish and got the same runaround to call back tomorrow. So we did and surprise, surprise, no answer. I even had my father-in-law drive by the store in Miami and it was closed. I'm still trying to get a refund from this place, so don't bother ordering from them. They'll take your money and run. Absolutely terrible customer service!

Melissa Luces: I came here looking for something traditional to bring our son home from the hospital in once he’s born, they had what we were looking for and more. The quality of the items they carry as well as the customer service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and we left with some beautiful items for our son who will be born later this month as well as for my 4 year old daughter. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
Carla: I went in to buy a knit set as a gift for my baby brother a few months ago . The ladies there went above and beyond trying to help me find something that matched what I was looking for. The store itself has a beautiful selection of traditional baby clothes and they're of higher quality than you'd find find mass produced in Target, Walmart, etc. Will definitely be back once my munchkins arrive!

Hydeivis Herrera: Bought items online for the birth of my twins since I am stationed in a other state. The shipping said 4 days. Should have arrived yesterday and when I checked last night the tracking, the UPS site said the shipping was voided!!!!! No email explaining the situation, cancelation or whatever changes occurred. I would have expected more professionalism than that.

Msdulie Msdulie: I got my baby boy this crib. Customer service was ok but i felt i was getting watched then helped. Like the day i had to pick up my baby crib this one lady refused for me and my husband to walk around the store to see more things that i wanted to buy that. She literally walked after me and my husband and told us to only stand in the front and wait till the guy from the back to bring our baby crib. I felt so sad because of the way i was treated because I'm a black Hispanic doesn't mean i would of stole something. So i took my business to somewhere .

Jennifer Eye: This baby accessory and supply company did a great job selling me a baby armoire that I had been searching for at a reasonable price. They also emailed me not long after my order to let me know when it was going to be shipped out to me. Ideal Baby & Kids shipped it with a good fright line company, too. The package arrived in pristine condition on a new delivery truck. The shipping company, Old Dominion, also called me ahead of time to set up an appointment to have my item dropped off at my house. Overall, I am very happy with his baby company!
Coach Pat: Nice store. They have some things that are hard to get (school shoes). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman working there was very patient, he brought different sizes to try out and his recommendations were spot on. Prices arw good on some things. Parking is on the rear and it's limited spaces. It is in a good corner, you can't miss it while driving.
Elbita Silva: Nice selection of products, beautiful and pleasant environment. The staff has always been great to me and my family. Plus they offer gift wrapping which is great. Parking is free and it's never packed. The prices are a little pricey.

Danae Cid: The store is neat and well maintained but much improvement in customers service is needed. I got the impression that the personnel feels they are doing you a favor by saling you the store merchandise. They couldn't find my "pick up package". They looked for it to quickly. They told me to call the costumer service. Then I insisted to look for it again and they found it. To use the store bathroom was another issue. Mostly they want me to go to the nearby store restroom telling me the bathroom was occupied. But I told I am going to wait and it was empty.

meagan elias: Always a terrible experience when I visit this location. Customer service and care is nonexistent. I was one of two customers in the store. No one was around for assistance. When I did go to check out there were two women at the registers. One told me to wait for her associate, she’d just be just a minute. One minute turned into many as she counted each coin and all the cash as slow as could be. I asked if she could ring me up, I was paying with card. She didn’t even look up and said she had to finish. Understood. She seemed annoyed that I even asked. She finished, closed the register, opened it again, took out the tray, and started counting the same money over again without any regard for me, a pregnant woman with a toddler in tow, standing there waiting. I left my things on the counter and wished her a good day. Honestly, each time I have gone in there I have been treated in some way the same. The workers, mostly women when I go, have no sense of customer service or treating their (mostly mothers and pregnant) customers with consideration. Very upsetting. Also, this location has a weird return policy that you will want to avoid, especially if you are getting a gift for someone. I had to return some things from my baby shower, which I had gift receipts for, and they gave me a hard time and only offered me store credit on the current value (which was not worth even returning at that point).

Lori Rankin: It’s the WORST experience ever! I ordered an item over a month ago and still no sign of it being shipped. The money came out of my account immediately. I called and they said here was a delay because of the color and the item is difficult to get in the color I ordered. Now they won’t return my emails and can’t get in touch with them by telephone. It says the number is no longer available so I made another account with another email and was able to call but the person wasn’t able to understand me because she didn’t speak English. Don’t EVER order from these people!

Ana Banos: I ordered a monogrammed newborn set and a crib pillow. Waited for the order for 2 months and had to call repeatedly to make sure I had the order in time for my son’s birth. The owner of the store “promised” each time that I would receive it before the due date. Finally, 2 days before I went to the hospital, the order arrived (I lived out of state) but it was missing the crib pillow. I called multiple times and again the owner said “it was done and was going to be shipped out. One whole year later, I am still waiting for my crib pillow. I will never again buy from this shop and I have told all my mommy friends to stay away. Unethical business.

Special thanks to Henrique, the store manager, who has an unbelievable command of all the products available, of the differences between a product and another. He is super nice and incredibly efficient, we made our choice (we needed pretty much everything) and were delivered directly at home the next day. We found the stroller we wanted in the right color (impossible to find on the net). The service was very easy, reliable and we are very happy with the products we received. In short, highly recommended: efficient, simple, reliable. We will definitely be back.

It’s the elegance and quality of their gowns that makes YoYo Boutique unique. Their service was amazing and helped by putting on the outfits on my baby themselves. The quality is excellent, and unless our kids grow too fast, these will last a very long time.
