Matti Waarna: Amazing service. I had a severely backed up ac drain line. My general fix for this is to use a a bit of vinegar inside + wet vacuum outside and pull all the water out. This time with running the AC constantly(with being home for the last 3 weeks due to Covid-19) that was no longer working and I had water dripping inside. Their very good solution is to install a soft rubber bend(see pictures in the review) and put a water hose to it to flush out the system. My system was so backed up they had to use pressurized air to get the clog going and then used a water hose to fully clean it out. AC drain line cleaning cost 95, 50 for cleaning outdoor unit. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I have found my new AC service company. I called a different company asking for a quote was given 235 flat fee. This was more than half the price and amazing service. The owner wore a mask at all times, washed his hands every time he had to go outside and wore booties on his shoes not contaminate the house. He also cleaned up well after himself. Date of Service 4-10-2020. Called at 12pm and everything was done by 3pm.

Ezequiel Hernandez: I was having issues with my AC unit running all time and my electric bill was considerably higher than last year. They came in and did a quick survey of my unit and found it was significantly clogged. They scheduled a cleanup for the very next day, pulled the unit out and thoroughly cleaned it. Joanette Petry: I want to express my thanks and appreciation to the people at Flow-Tech Air Conditioning Co. Marco, the owner, came and evaluated the situation and was very knowledgible and patient in explaining all that needed to be done. It was a big job because of water damage caused by some roof damage. All the ducts had to be removed and replaced and the air handler removed and improved. The workers were very capable, caring, careful and kind. They explained and answered all questions and made what was a difficult situation for us so much easier. They coordinated very well with the company replacing the walls and ceilings so each one could do their work. I would, and have already enthusiastically recommended Flow Tech. Travel Click Confirmation: I would like to say THANK you from the bottom of my heart! Yesterday my AC went out and I called several places that were unable to assist for different reasons. I called your company and the phone was answered right away. The young lady that answered the phone was very descriptive about the cost and what service you could provide for me! The first technician (Alain) came to my house diagnosed the issue right away, the fuse was blown. He the went to 3 different stores and was unable to get the part. He did inform me of this and I asked if I could try and get it for him and he sent me a picture of the fuse and described exactly what i needed. I replaced the fuse myself and it did not work. I texted him and he said that he could try and assist by sending another technician. I then saw a loose wire and he told me do not touch anything for my safety please wait for the technician. The second technician (Sergio) came to the house reattached the wire and the AC started working perfectly Unfortunately in our industry all we usually hear our negative things I really would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for both of these gentlemen and the young lady that answered the phone this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I can promise you that if somebody asks for an air-conditioning company I will be more than happy to recommend you. If anything ever goes wrong with my air conditioning I will be calling you again. DJ Walter: Called for an appt for my AC and was told they would be out later in the day - awesome! But then they never showed. Called back multiple times and was told “I was next”. Finally was told that dispatch was going to contact the tech and then the tech would contact me. Never received a call. I finally called them again at 9:53 at night and still being told they’ll contact me. If you can’t make it just say so, don’t lie and prevent me from calling someone else to come out - just be honest. If your AC isn’t working I’d strongly suggest calling someone who does what they say they will. So disappointing

Amanda Ordonez: I’ve actually never left a review before but this left me a little heated. I came home and my AC was not working I found these guys online and made the call. Nice Woman on the phone said 30 dollars to be seen today because I found them through google. Not only did the guy try to charge me 100 when he left but he went outside for maybe two minutes came back in and told me my A/C was not repairable. I was told the unit was too old and they don’t make any parts for it to be repaired anymore and I needed a new one, the guy instantly became pushy with a pamphlet to use their services and do their payment plans and what not. He wasn’t even outside for a full ten minutes before he came in and told me I just needed a new one. I called someone else who came out the next day not only fixed my A/C but personally told me to call and speak to someone about who came out to my house because they should be ashamed of themselves. What he claimed was wrong wasn’t even the problem and then Wanting me to pay 170 dollars for 117 months, for something I didn’t need. I don’t know if he saw some young homeowner and thought I was just dumb or naïve but I got the whole vibe that it’s more about naming money then helping someone. Service: A/C system repair

Ariel Moses: Absolutely Predatory company. They are interested in selling maintenance contracts and new products only. For one repair three different people tried to sell me the maintenance contract -- WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY REPAIR A/C. On second call, repairman showed up with salesman. No interest in repairing clearly.

Dennis Sytsma: My air handler electric motor failed. Company responded same day, Tech Jorge did accurate analysis and went out of his way on rainy day to obtain the part and complete repair same day. System working well since repair completed. I am elderly with medical issues and have my Hurricane shutters up so I had anxiety that I could not get a fast good repair. Far exceeded my expectations. Margaret Flood: We have used this business for three years in Miami. They are quick to respond when an AC problem occurs—and especially so during the COVID quarantine. Lisa Enfinger: We have worked with Southern Comfort for about four years. They have kept our AC units in fine working order, and have also done some minor home repair work for us. Last year they repaired sections of our fence, replaced sections that needed to be replaced, fabricated and installed a new gate, and did some drywall patching/painting of our family room ceiling. The AC service is the most important work they do for us. Everyone who lives here knows how vital the AC is. We have found Southern Comfort to be very responsive, sending a technician to make necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Their charges for services are reasonable, and they always provide a written estimate for major services to be performed prior to starting the work. The other think I really like about Southern Comfort is they don’t try to entice customers into buying a service contract, which I have found to be nothing more than a money-making scheme for the seller and a rip-off for the customer. Most AC companies operate this way—I have worked with a couple in the 16 years we have lived in this house—but Southern Comfort does not. They charge a treasonable fee on an as-needed basis and that’s how I like to do business. Our favorite technician, Luis, is very honest and always advises us of the steps we can take to keep our AC units functioning at maximum efficiency. Following his advice helps minimize the service calls, and for that, we are most appreciative. Totally awesome company!! We highly recommend Southern Comfort AC and Builders.

Ivette Perez: In the heat that is already upon us and its just May, my AC decided to start blowing warm air. I called Air on Demand and spoke with Jessy. She was friendly, nice and resourceful. Ricardo Gonzalez: I called Air On Demand for quote to replace the entire AC system. They sent a rep out and after reviewing our needs provided several options to choose from. After some research on the unit, we decided on the more advance systems, Daikin. Our previous unit was from 2003 and had been repaired multiple times by previous homeowners which prevented from working efficiently. Once we approved their offer, we scheduled it right away with no issues on product availability. On install day, Chris, was here on time and ready to get to work; with more than 18 years of experience he knew what had to be done and quickly found solutions to any concerns we had. His team was able to move the AC handler to its new location and complete the entire install on the same day. Once complete, Chris and his time, walked me through using the new system, helped set up the thermostat with wifi and made sure to pick up and ensure everything was left as it was before. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them. Service: Installation

AJ MAN: OnDemand Air exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for + a solid 10 year warranty. Everyone was serious, professional, on time, responsive, and accessible at all times. Accessible via text, email, regular mail, phone; you pick. They replaced our duct system. We had a A/C leak on our duct making our attic cool. Wasted energy, not anymore thanks to their work. Mi Mo: I needed to replace 4 AC units for my home. I got three competitor quotes. Air on demand was very price competitive and also the most transparent. Chris did a great job to understand my needs and explain his proposal. The service was very attentive and courteous from everyone: Jenny, Chris, the install crew working with masks, and the owner Shannon who clearly takes care of her business. Michelle: The owner came out with another guy and spent about 6 hours trying to replace a water pump. They told me the price was $245 and charged my card $345. The receipt said they flushed my line which was not even true. I had to call them back because my A/c was making a loud noise. That’s when they decided to flush the line because it was backed up as suspected. They did not speak English. I had to keep calling the company to get them to translate. It was a complete nightmare working with them. They seemed like they had no idea how to do the job and I see now why everyone is quitting this company. Bad business and bad service!!!! I called back the next day to ask Henry why he took $345 off my card instead of $245 and he stated that’s what it was in the first place when he told me he was taking $245 off my card. However I do have this transaction recording and I will be seeking my money back for fraudulent activity. Never pay this company over the phone or even use them in the first place.

Patrick Casimir: Once again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employee that the company sent to my home doesn’t speak English which is a big problem cause I don’t speak Spanish. I don’t have a year yet since the AC has been installed, and they want to charge me $350.00 to clean the blade which no one can get to. The man on the phone was beginning to raise his voice. I reminded him that I’m the customer and lost it. $9000.00 of my money which I paid immediately and they have been screwing me off since the beginning. I will not let this go. Frantz Testama: You guys installed my AC unit and left it with no air filter until and I was building an office next to it which a lot of debris and dust went in if. Not until after 4 weeks I realized that there was no filter in it. My AC end up giving coil that need to be clean and drainage that I had to pay you guys over $600 to fix. I’m not even goin to detail on how this company spend over 2 years to finish install my AC work where I had to pay triple for permit because it keeps on being expired.. there so much to say about this company it’s just unfair My AC BROKE DOWN AGAIN TODAY 7/8/21 AND THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO PAY $380 to re-clean the coil that they cleaned 4 weeks ago for $380. Dave Leriet: I have a 3 ton package unit on a mobile home and all of a sudden my ac stopped working. So, I called the company who had installed the system (about 11 months prior) and they were NOT helpful at all in addressing my problems... I needed to find a new contractor to fix my ac system, quickly. I found Cenrry Air Designs on Google and have them a call. Alex Rodriguez was dispatched as my estimator/project manager. He called me when he was en route, arrived 10 minutes early, and quickly discovered that a raccoon had tore up the ductwork under my home! Alex was upfront and honest with me about the scope and pricing. Instead of trying to take advantage of the fact I am 79 year old man not capable of crawling under my home to ensure the scope was not exaggerated, Alex showed his integrity and explained that only the return duct was damaged. He gave me a fair price and completed the job immediately. He provided me pictures of all the work done and I felt like he Genuinely Cared about my home. In south Florida it is an absolute nightmare working with contractors. If you need somebody that is honest and takes pride in their work for your AC system, don’t take chance.. call this company and get it done right the first time.

I spoke to Nicholas who referred me to Alex Rodriguez because of location. I live in Miami but wHat i needed done was in Orlando ! When I told them the location i was switched to Alex Rodriguez. They helped in every way to get my AC changed . They went out did the measurements the next day ! Then waited for the go !!! Although they don’t work certain days if that was the day I choose they arranged their schedules to accommodate. At any giving time I asked a question Alex never hesitated to answer even on his off schedule !!!! He was Professional every time !!! Richard Fernandez: Terrible company. Henry the owner never returns our calls and just lies to us when we do get a chance to talk to him only when we call from an unknown number. Bought a new $5k AC that never worked right. Had another AC company come out to show me that they installed two different model year units and sold them as brand new to me. Told us the unit has warranty with him when we bought it, but once installed never would respond when it had problems. We are currently looking into the process of trying to get our money back but it has been a nightmare. Call them at your own risk you have been warned…. Updated on 11/18/21 I’m not a competitor I was a customer. I have all the calls and the invoice. Since you said here for the world to see and I took a screen shot that you will replace my machine if I provide the invoice, well I have the invoice and all the calls. They were able to send a technician to my apartment within 2 hours on a Saturday night to diagnose the problem. He was so kind and able to replace a broken part and fix my unit within 30 minutes on the spot. The price was very reasonable and the service was incredible. Maurice Garcia: I do not often give a review, but in this case the service I received was impressive. Although the service did take 2 days, due to an unforeseen secondary issue. The technician diagnose the issue over the phone and we scheduled a visit the next day. Once the technician arrive he then noticed that the blower was improperly installed, and require to fabricate a piece of piping instead to doing a replacement. He not only saved me money the second visit was with no charge. I realized that this company is a responsible, reliable and put customer service above charging and signed up for their yearly maintenance. Patrick Fay: My air-conditioning system wasn’t functioning and I was out of town working. I called the people who have been working on my system and didn’t hear back from them for 24 hours. I called my neighbor who had installed a new system with direct air. He recommended highly calling direct air conditioning which I did immediately. I was scheduled to have an evaluation immediately and an appointment was made within eight hours. The technician was a highly trained and very responsive person who sent me pictures of what has happened with my system. He presented me with alternative systems that were available and the next day the total system was installed including the removal of the old units. The speed of the service the effectiveness of the installation and the consideration that was given to us was excellent. I recommend direct air-conditioning to anyone. William Baldridge: I scheduled an appointment for today. Direct Air stated a technician would arrive at my resident from 9:am-1:00pm. No communication was given to me during the appointment window. At 2:00pm I received a call stating the technician was behind. I was asked if I still need service. I responded no I did not. I stated I would call another company. Poor customer service in my view. Russell Fratto: This is a review of my two experience with direct air. My first one I would give 3 stars when I purchased two AC units a while back and the installation experience was average/ok. And my second experience would be a 1 star review, when I called in recently for a estimate for upgrading my thermostat to a smart thermostat. I was being quoted $325 and the rude salesman wouldn’t budge on the price even after knowing I was a repeat customer that had spent a considerable amount of money with his company. I decided to go with another company which charged me much less and did a great job. Alexis A. Rivero: This company, Direct Air Conditioning that represents Costco for all of their air conditioning needs and installations is the most expensive company on the market. It’s been 3 years that I bought a unit from this company, which cost much more than those on the market, and today I had to replace that unit. When I reached out to Direct Air Conditioning for a quote, they quoted me $4,000 more than the company that did the job today at my house. Both quotes were for the same equipment/offering the same exact service, and Direct Air Conditioning was 4K more. I do not recommend this company to anyone because it is much more expensive. It’s a real shame that this is the company that Costco endorses and uses to represent their air conditioning service. I am a loyal Costco customer for years and and it’s a shame that I was unable to go through them for the replacement of my AC.

Armando Zaldivar: A/C 24/7 Air Conditioning has been great with the service/s they have recently provided us. They did a new pipe installation through our ceiling to fix a leak and improve the overall system for a high efficiency unit that was installed last year. We were having problems with this unit since it was installed. We had our thermostat replaced 3 times and added freon about the same amount of times. Nobody was honest enough until we met the techs from A/C 24/7. This is the type of company that works hard to maintain honesty, reliability, value, and customer satisfaction to the highest level. Pro-Max Solutions: This company is amazing. I’m located in Chicago and have a rental in homestead. Sometimes it’s hard to handle issues because of the distance, but this company made the process for me super easy and my tenant is super happy with their professionalism. We decided to call Kendale AC after reading the reviews posted. We made the right decision. They found the leak in the evaporator and determined that since the equipment had a ten year warranty and was nine years old, they would ask for the corresponding warranty with Trade (the manufacturer) and was approved. The techs were very knowledgeable and worked in a very clean fashion. Rafael Sanmiguel: My AC was on its last leg in February and I decided to change it out. Victor came out to meet us at our house and talked to us about our options. He gave us his sincere opinion and did not try to upsell us on anything. We got a great price and they were even available to do the change out the day after we signed. When the technicians came, they were on time, very courteous and very professional. They took their time to perform the swap assuring they did it correctly from the beginning. They took their time to walk me through the new controls, interface and even helped me connect the new system to my phone. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Overall a great experience from buying to installation and support. It has been two weeks and the new system is working great. The next week a technician came to clean the vents and ducts throughout the house. Again, he was very professional and mindful of the things around the house as well as very thoughtful as both my wife and I were working from home. He was very meticulous and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They are professional, courteous, responsive reasonably priced. Paulo Prado: Just finished an installation of a new Carrier unit, great service, good value compared to the bigger shops. Read good reviews and ratings and all checked to make this big decision. Installers were very professional and clearly experienced. Sales rep, Alex, was great, was even first person of many quotes to let us know our unit could maybe go a little longer without the service another company was recommending . Raymond Dobbins: This company came through for us in a big way! We called on a Friday evening when nobody else was available or otherwise interested in working. The Coldlife guy (Yusser) showed up and got our a/c working so we could sleep that night. Early the next morning (Saturday!) he called to let us know he was picking up the part we needed and would be over in an hour to install it and finish the repair. Good to his word, he came and finished the job and we were very happy. He could not have been a more polite, punctual and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend this service. Cristina Monterrey: Our AC stopped cooling last night so we found Yusser on Google with great reviews and decided to call first thing in the morning since his hours are listed as 24/7. We called him at 7am on Saturday and he was here within an hour. Turns out our compressor fan motor needed to be replaced. He had the piece available in his truck and replaced it right away. Pricing is fair and we are very thankful we have a functioning AC with summer approaching.

Lareda Miattefa: They installed a mini split in my garage 2 weeks ago. They did a fantastic job on the installation and went out of their way to get the correct bracket for the outside unit. They were on time, neat and very professional. They made sure that I knew how to operate the new system. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with them.
