Satish Suthar: This was one of the worst experience trying to get a part from here. So I placed an order# 6118 for a shovel thing for a yard project. I would have just picked it up in a local stores but stores don't carry this for some reason. I received an incorrect item 2 weeks after the order. I called them they answered right away and were very friendly. The guys apologized and said he will get the correct item sent out and was going to send me a return label to ship back the incorrect item, I was not happy because it was going to delay my project another 2 weeks but I understood. 3 weeks go back I had not received correct product so I called them again. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and apologetic and said he doesn't see anything being sent out. I was not happy but the person said he will get one sent ASAP and not to worry about sending back the incorrect product because of the mix up. The incorrect product is just a wooden handle to the shovel and he said it would cost more to have to sent back to them so he said don't worry about it. Well another 2 weeks go by I had not yet heard back or received my correct item. I called again the person I spoke again for friendly but again said there was no order for correct item. At this point I am getting frustrated. The guys say he will email me a return label to send back the incorrect item and once they receive that back they will ship the correct item. I explained I have called number of items and waited now well over a month to get my item. The guy apologized and said sorry about the mix up but they need the incorrect item back before sending my correct item. Can some one make it make sense of all this. How can a business operate like this and stay in business. At this point I'm just hoping to get my correct item at some point.

T.J. Klopfer: Ordered a bag for my welding hood over 2 weeks ago. Got the original order email and the money was taken out of my account. Sent an email last week to ask about the status of my order. Have received absolutely no correspondence since right after my order. If there are "supply issues" as seem to be stated, a short email would be helpful. I've never had to wait this long for anything I've ordered online. Tell me what's going on or refund my money, so I can purchase elsewhere, please.
Response: We tried calling you to inform you that this item is no longer available. We never captured the funds on this order and we have since cancelled the order.

Taylor Reed: Sincerely wish I could rate this company zero stars. Ordered a drill bit 3/27, 3/29 they marked that it was awaiting shipment, two weeks later call for an update and am given a tracking number. Watch the tracking for a few days and it delivers in Wisconsin, I'm in Texas. Call them back and find out I was given a tracking number for a different customer due to them putting my bit in the wrong package, asked if I could wait for the bit to be returned and reshipped, informed them that I couldn't as this was delaying my project, they stated (4/14) they had one on the shelf and could ship out the next day (4/15), I agreed. 4/19 I get an email that my order has been marked shipped with a tracking number. Called 4/20 and was told it would be shipped that day, tracking never changed. Called 4/21 AM and was told it would go out that day, someone called me 4/21 afternoon and told me that it had been shipped out 4/20 afternoon. Still no change in tracking. Called 4/22 and was told the notes from 4/21 indicate that it would ship 4/21-4/22, was later told that they were sending an Uber to pick up the item and bring it to them to ship out. 4/22 they called again and let me know they were packaging it and it would go out that day. Drill bit finally delivered yesterday 4/27. I waited a month for a drill bit and got absolutely nowhere with this place. Save your money and steer clear of this place. Nobody knows how to tell the truth or hold up their side of the deal.

MEMORIAL MONUMENTS: Ordered a USA made hammer drill (HITACHI) and paid accordingly $671.88 (order number 5377) for a USA product. They confirmed in the order WITH A PICTURE OF A HITACHI drill. When the order was received it was a Metabo drill (CHINA made) that you can buy on line for 359.00 including freight.. When I call them they offer a discount of 200.00 RATHER THAN the difference of 312.88. I requested they send a return UPS label which they promptly complied on Feb. 22, 2022. The item was picked up by UPS the following day. I called my credit card company on March 10, 2022 and they had not given credit back to the card.

Tyler Powell: Very Disappointed! I purchase multiple tools from them because they have a brand and model listed we like to use. The purchase was made on July 8 over two weeks ago. Come to find out they are out of stock on this item. Which is kind of lazy in opinion to not have your website updated but that is subjective. What I'm upset about is I called on July 9th to make sure they got my order and to see if I could pay extra for rushed shipping since I didn't see that option online. The gentleman said that the order was going to be shipped out that day (Friday July 9th) and I would see them mid of the following week. They didn't arrive the following week so I called back on July 19th and they told me my item had already shipped. I've been waiting this week for our items and I got a call today from Tony letting me know that they do not have my ordered items and if I would accept and similar item and that it would been sent out right away. Because I don't like to ruffle feathers and was annoyed my the misinformation I had been given over the last two weeks I reluctantly agreed. I got a call back and Tony said he needed all my payment information again since it had been to long since I had placed my order. Shopping online is supposed to be convenient and this experience has been anything but convenient. I told them to cancel my order because every minute I have spent placing my order and following up on it has now been a waste and I will still need to wait for my order again after placing it two weeks ago. I was no longer interested in purchasing items from such a dysfunctional business. Take my review for what its worth. 1 disappointed customer vs I'm sure several happy. The review is valid from a customer that is very unhappy to have our time wasted by waiting weeks for tools needed of our business and will now need to start the process over. Hope I'm a lone anomaly.

We offered you a comparable substitute which you happily agreed to and unfortunately when we went to process your credit card payment the payment didn't go through. I called you back to conveniently send you a new payment request through PayPal which would have be resolved in minutes but you appeared to be very uncooperative due to the fact that we had the courtesy to call you back instead of outright cancelling the order. This doesn't make sense. It is not uncommon that products are in short supply due to the Covid-19 pandemic and this product appears to be one of them. We hope that you under stand the situation and please note that we do answer our telephones, we communicate with customers unlike many online companies.

jake ploskonka: Purchased a led leak detecting uv light from them. Got in a reasonable time but when i got the product the light was super dim. Like couldnt even see it with the supplied glasses dim. Changed batteries, same thing. Kinda bad for a $40 light. I looked into returning the product and i contacted them 3 times and recieved no emails back at all. Awful customer service and now im outside the 30 day window for returns. Awful experience and ill never shop here again.

The light does have a warranty just like our policy states and it is with the manufacturer. It has a 1 year warranty. We are available everyday Monday thru Saturday and have a toll free telephone that you could have easily called. We do answer our phones we do offer top notch customer service even though many companies don't.

Humbe Sainz: Never I going to leave a tool in that place to fit something, I left a festool miter saw to fit the motor and the miter fell down and the blade guard broke and they wanted that I take the machine in that way, after a argue with the mechanic the high representative of the store told me that they going to repair again and return me fixed ( and I waiting)
Response: This is a false statement by this customer and regret that anyone who is treated with respect and courtesy would go to social media to try and make a false claim to gain leverage. We are very disappointed that this customer has made such a statement as we have over 35 years experience in the business and thousands of repairs as well as satisfied customers to back this. The tool was brought in to repair the motor which it was repaired and tested in the presence of the customer. He immediately started making false claims that someone dropped his saw and further claimed that the blade guard is not working as a result when in fact there is no evidence of this claim other than the fact that the guard had some sort of malfunction. He agreed to have us check it and after we explained that all repairs have a 30 day warranty and USA TOOLS stands behind this policy if the issue is related to anything that was repaired. If it is determined that the issue is not related to the repair the customer may be responsible for any additional repair charges. The customer was informed that we would check the machine and further informed him that once the mechanic is given the opportunity to evaluate his claim that we will resolve the issue. He was informed that the mechanic would evaluate the tool on Friday July 5th yet the customer decided to make a public statement on social media without giving USA TOOLS the opportunity to resolve the issue. We will now given these unfounded claims and false statements evaluate his claims further as he has some ulterior motive other than wanting to repair his tool.

Eduardo Casares: Went today at 8 am. I stayed there to know the diagnostic. Finally after eleven they checked the car. Estimate was $2368.08 . My car is a Patriot 2017 and a/c stop working. I decided to take the car to another workshop. In the other workshop a mechanic did a deep diagnostic and found the clutch of the compressor destroyed, so they installed a new compressor, flushing, new filter and three hours later my A/C start working as a brand new car. Price $750.00 . Never be back there again and my suggestion never, never, never go there. One more thing. Something similar happens to me in this place 4 years ago.

Ron Data: I’ve been here each time for a/c repair and while you do need to wait they always come through with cold a/c, the prices are fair but you get what you pay for.

Juan Caballero: I barely ever go out of my way to write a review but in this occasion I believe it's the right thing to do, I've been a customer for years and have brought several of my vehicles here, The staff is courteous and attentive. They are well equipped, organized, knowledgeable and with certified mechanics. They have earn my trust. They are straight forward with their pricing and service. Just today, I took in my 2005 Ford Escape for an estimate due to a leak. They spent over and hour to come up with the diagnostics and my estimate. I told them that I will have to come back during my vacation in about two weeks. They waived the cost of the estimate. Now, who else does that? Thank you OA Auto, Keep up the great service.

Frank Cantero: Outstanding service! I started taking one of my vehicles there over two years ago to start evaluating their level of service. Eventually I have taken all three of my family’s vehicles there for regularly scheduled maintenance to other issues (AC work, CV Joints, and tune-ups)

Nic C: Waited 2 years to write this review. Came in, and service was 5/10 to start with. Gentlemen told me the car I brought in had a compressor that was shot, and that the A/C would be toast in a matter of no time. He quoted me $1100. I went to "eagle" or something along those lines in Hialeah, they hit me with some freon and my a/c has been golden ever since, they told me I was lied to and that my a/c was in fine condition. 2 years later its still running strong. I think there's only 2 options here, I was either almost the victim of a scam, or OA auto techs don't know enough about cars to work on them, Either way, I would never bring my car here or recommend them.

Mary Santiago: I took my vehicle to get it inspected because my cooling air system hasn’t been working properly and paid $35 for the diagnostic check. They told me it will take some time to have it inspected I left and when I came back to check the status of my vehicle I asked the front lady in the cashier area that I wanted to know the status of my vehicle she seemed kind of lost and called someone by the speaker. A young man came in to the lobby handed me the repair cost and didn’t even bother explaining to me what was the issue with my vehicle which was really unprofessional when I look at the the repair cost they were charging me a total of $869 because according to the diagnostic check they conducted I had several leaks in my vehicle air conditioning system. I ended up looking for a second opinion and paid $200 for someone to fix all these “leaks”. This place is a total RIPOFF now I know why the lobby area was empty and there was no clientele.

tONELust: I just had my Infiniti Serviced and once again I have to come back for something. They told me i needed a new, NEW compressor only lasted 2 years? They used to be great but I cant sacrifice dealer quality anymore for convenience if they dont make this right. Wasting my time and money trying to be loyal. I hate writing bad reviews..

R B: Been a loyal local customer of OA for years. They don't do me any favors and I realized you have to do whats best for yourself when that's the case. Every time I service my Infiniti, and pay out the big bux. Their handy work always only lasting a few days. This time a whopping 2 days. Last time a leak they missed and a new compressor and condenser only 2 years? This time another compressor and what a new mystery leak? They used to be the AC kings but their warranty should have covered this but only give you three months... Think again people before coming here before a dealership with real warranties and quality. If they don't make this right. This review stays and Im spreading the word be weary and im going to the dealer.

Christopher Kelly: Purchased a compressor from them on eBay a few months ago. Unfortunately I didn't get around to installing it in the Jeep until after the 60 day feedback window. It took about two days to install it myself, and seemed to go smoothly enough. The pulley, however, was damaged and damaged my belt when I turned it on. They offered a replacement compressor (I still have to ship back this broken one), but didn't compensate me with a new belt or for all the time I lost. So now I have to disassemble a chunk of my engine again to get to it. Two more days lost. Very. Frustrating.

Amanda Rojas: DO NOT TRUST I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST R & y sold me a broken compressor(as you can see in the photo). I spent $500 getting this compressor installed $150 to get it recharged then $300 on 2 AC diagnostics for me to find out that the compressor that was installed was broken all within 2 months of receiving the part. Do not make the same mistake I made and not read the reviews looks like this is a common mistake as they were so quick to offer me a refund or to replace the part without thinking about how much it would cost me: 1. To get a refund I would need to spend another $500 to have someone to remove the compressor just to get a refund and purchase another compressor have it installed and have it charged or 2. Ship me another compressor which at that point would again pay $500 to have a mechanic remove it and reinstall the new one and another $150 to get it recharge with no guarantee the part they are sending me also isn’t a faulty compressor. This company has cost me over $1000 in damages and now I still do not have a functioning air conditioner. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy I wish I would have never made the mistake a purchased a compressor from this company.

AndrewChism: I had high hopes for my business transaction because I like sourcing locally and from small businesses. However this place is a shining example of why I usually end up shopping at bigger, more reputable retailers and distributors. Company advertises one day order processing. My order still has not shipped and its been 4 days so far. I called everyday and was assured it would ship out that day, each day I called, but it did not. The first day I called at 4:30 to inquire and was placed into an automated hold queue until 5 (the office close time) and then the line disconnected. On top of this the parts are only warrantied if you take them to a shop for install, even then the warranty is short and does not inspire confidence in the quality of the products. Will not purchase from here again. Would not recommend. You would be better off going to a salvage yard, same quality part, lower price and you will get your product immediately.

amanda montes: I don’t usually leave reviews but this is one of the worst experience ever. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE PLEASE. I ordered a compressor from this company in the ending of October 2021 and the compressor went out at my 6 months mark. I returned the part under warranty and received a new part. My mechanic put the part in and added 3 cans of Freon which costed almost $200 and the compressor did not work. I spoke to someone the next day and said to come back and exchange it. My mechanic also spoke to someone and she stated to come exchange it and now I called today to verify if the part was there to exchange and the she told me no that it’s out of warranty. The lady was rude and kept talking over me. I try to explain to her that this is the warranty part and it does not work. She said no the warranty is from the day of the purchase. Like how does that make sense. If the warranty part is bad then that’s the company fault providing a bad part that didn’t work at all. But no they want me to buy a new part. This company is a SCAM. 2 bad compressor and down over $1000. They will give you a bad warranty part intentionally. STAY AWAY. I will be taking legal actions. All I wanted was my warranty part that was given back bad changed. This is not how you run a company. Right is right and wrong is wrong. This company is just wrong.

slappy3608: So wow, all the bad reviews. I hope the company does better to take care of quality and customer service. I ordered a compressor back in August of 2021...and just now installed it in our 2011 Lincoln MKS. Everything went well as far as the actual part. Nothing was broken...the parts were well packaged for shipping. Along with the compressor I also purchased the evaporator and expansion valve. Everything bolted up perfectly and after a deep vacuum, the recharge went well. The car has cold AC and no issues so far. I know it's just one day however, IF I can extend the cars ac life for 5 more years, I'll be happy. For the price even if it went bad after a year or two, I will still replace it with another from R&Y. I did everything online and didn't speak to anyone. I'm sorry to read so many bad reviews but mine was a fair one. 👌

Erica Fishe: Placed an order for an ac compressor 01/16/22 and it said it was delivered on 01/18/22. Today 02/11/22 I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about my order which have been unsuccessful. I called 01/30/22 and yet have spoken to a manger poor customer service. I called 01/31/22 02/07/22 02/09/22 02/10/22 and still haven’t spoke to a manager. When I call there number the phone just ring ring ring voicemail is full so your not able to leave a message. I spend $213.99 with this company to not get my order that I had to go to Autozone and pay $348.25 for the same part just to get ac back working in my car. I asked for a refund all I was told you would have to speak to a manager. So I get an email which they have time but fail to pick up or handle my issue. So I file a claim on this company due to the customer service. I will never order or refer there company to anyone. Bad Business Poor Customer

YM: I made a mistake and didn't believe the negative reviews. Please listen. These compressors are trash. The remanufactured ones carry a 6 month warranty and they are designed to last just over 6 months. Then R&Y will deny the replacement. Now you're out $200 for the compressor, 3 hours of labor, and $100 in freon. Absolutely not worth it. Find anyone else that will standby their warranty. Horrible customer service and complete lack of integrity when it comes to standing behind their products

John Cabezas: Ordered a compressor for my granddaughters 2006 Volvo. The compressor arrived, the mechanic installed it, and the clutch was defective. I now have to pay the mechanic to take off the defective one and install another compressor (which I did not buy form R & Y a/c, once was enough). When I called the company to voice my displeasure (in a professional and normal tone) the customer service rep was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I then called to speak with a manger, and again was hung up on. They must have caller ID, because when I call they never answer the phone. I wish I had done better research about this company. They claim to have 4 plus stars, but if you really research them you will find a different story. The worst company I've ever done business with!

Hermilo Gonzalez: Piece of trash company. I wish we would of looked them up before on google, before ordering 2, not 1 but 2 damaged compressors back to back. The first one didn’t work at all. Spent money for the mechanic to put it on and take it back off, thought it might of just been a bad one, ordered again and the second was worst than the first one. Had to pay again for the install and taking it back off again. You call and NOBODY answers. I’ve been calling for over an hour the phone rings, then put you back on hold. This company is a joke. Customer service, parts and everything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

john flynn: AVOID AT ALL COSTS I found them online and decided to go with cooling depot because it was the lowest price I could find and had to put it on my credit card. I got what i paid for and will suffer for it for many years to come. I needed to get a new central AC and was happy with everything I read about the model I was going to purchase (Goodman 3 ton). The tech failed to show up when he was supposed to but I spoke with Abner and he said it was a misunderstanding and would have someone out in a couple days. The guy showed up late and started putting in the unit. I left for work (since i originally took of the day they were supposed to come) and he assured me everything would be working when I got home. Well it wasn't, even though I called the office line and they assured me everything was good. The machine didn't work. The fan blew but no cold air came out. The tech failed to put the necessary refrigerant in to the machine and I didn't realize. I had to fight to get someone to come out. He kept saying one hour, one hour, one hour all day. 6 hours later he showed up reluctantly with an attitude. He noticed there was no refrigerant. He filled it up and no it kind of works. It can make the house bearable but not cold. Not even at night. i assume it's damaged as according to another HVAC tech i consulted that's what happens when you let it run for two days without refrigerant. Now I have to go through goodman and hopefully have it replaced by another dealer.

Phil Tatro: Why go to the big box hardware stores?, what for the expert service and knowledge?? C'mon-If you like service, and I mean real service and expert advice, Ace hardware in Brickell is my, and should be your spot! Go in and ask for something as small as a few nuts, bolts, or nails and expect an employee to assist you until you have what you need. Knowledgeable employees that WANT you to succeed in your projects! Aisle after aisle filled with products you never thought they carried, as far as bartending supplies, and check out what I believe is one of the largest Yeti products around. This IS the store that truly knows what service means!

Ted Kidwell: A good location of the store staff are very friendly and helpful they know their stuff there was easily to explain several items that what we were unsure of on how to install the Big Green Egg that they're famous for is very nice and works very nicely we're going to pick up a couple more later this year they always have a wide selection of items at reasonable precious have curbside service you can pick up the help load into your car they deliver as well we do highly recommend this location for anybody needing items from hardware store and this area of Miami Florida we do highly recommend they're very clean and hopeful this store is easy to locate as well
