David Illuminate: I contacted Stabinski Law and was able to speak to Todd directly. My issue had to do with an insurance company that would not pay my damage claim from Hurricane Michael. Todd was very understanding and assuring. He worked my case personally. He not only got the insurance company to pay for all damages, but also had them cover fees and additional costs that accumulated over the time they delayed. He did everything he said he would and then some. He maintained contact with me and keep me updated throughout the period it took to settle. Todd was absolutely the best lawyer I could have hired to go after a reluctant insurance company. They were only offering about one-third of the damages and Todd got them to pay everything. I would absolutely use him again if ever in this situation again and would recommend him highly to anyone else.

DIONNE H: I got into an accident 11/2020. A middle person contacted me about doing treatment. I went a long. During the process I NEVER heard from anyone from this law office. I was offered a payment to repair my car from the insurance company for the person at fault. I sent an email to the Bennett law firm asking if I should take it (I couldn’t drive my car due to the damages) and I received back an email saying “we’ll look into it and get back to you.” No one EVER got back to me. I accepted the payment from the other persons insurance because I needed my car. I’m a single mother with 2 kids, I need transportation. After that, finished my therapy... still nothing from the Bennett firm. Got a letter a few weeks later saying they couldn’t represent me anymore. Which is fine, I prayed about it... if God wanted me to have the money, I would. This goes past money. It’s about making the people you’re working with feel like you are the right law firm to be representing them. This “law firm” will not reach out and talk to you directly or answer any concerns you may have. My suggestion would be to find another company that actually cares to respond back to you when they say they will. If I could’ve gave a half of star, I would have. Good luck!!

Richard Duncan: Perry and Neblett Insurance Loss Lawyers Miami, FL I had three water damage and mold insurance claims, all of them denied by the insurance company. My public adjustor put me in touch with David Neblett of Perry and Neblett. David and his excellent staff of lawyers and paralegals worked closely with me assembling all related documents, pictures, inspection reports and repair estimates. This process from my initial filed claim to arbitration spanned three years. During this period, David and his staff were always responsive to my calls and questions. David was thorough in his explanations of how the process would unfold, which turned out to be accurate. I was kept informed of the various court filings. They walked me through preparing documents requested by the insurance company. At arbitration, David arrived thoroughly prepared. He had several large three ringed binders with all the documents and pictures. He also had a smaller presentation capsulizing everything, which he laid out on the arbitration conference table. The insurance company’s lawyers were overwhelmed by his clear and concise accounting of the water damages and costs to repair supported with relevant pictures and inspection reports. The insurance company presentation fell flat. David completing outclassed them at every turn. After the insurance company went into their own room and the arbitration judge went back and forth between the two groups, it became obvious David had the better of them. O T: The best thing I ever did, was make a google search, (frantically trying to find legal advice, after a traumatic incident, alone and in a foreign country), thank goodness Rivkind & Marguilies came up in my top search. Since day one, When I called, Leslie was the first person I spoke to, through tears and panic, she listened, put me directly on the phone with Bruce, no appointment needed, just listened to my situation, calmed me down and gave me free advise on what I should do (I was stuck in A Caribbean island with a serious injury, minimal medical help, being told I cannot leave by my employer) within one day, of their help, I was on a flight to the USA, all logistics taken care of by them, in the safety of a hotel close to a hospital and a specialist that I so badly needed.
