Isabella Carrion: 20/10! Artful Printers was beyond amazing in helping me make prints of my oil paintings, although their expertise is in acrylic and metal prints (huge ones that look amazing). Their facilities are professional, high quality, and a never-ending maze of different printing rooms with different equipment, yet their customer service is personal and responsive. Some of the prints turned out better than the others due to the colors of the painting and the images I had of them, but Basilio made some samples of different for me to choose from and provided good recos and advice. Overall, I would definitely recommend Artful Printers.

Cibelle Eyewear: I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews but I also think that everyone deserves to know the truth. I have 3D printed with this company in the past and I’ve had a great experience, so I turned to them a second time. Melissa is very friendly and nice, but Alex who is the owner and apparently handles quotes, is definitely not responsive and doesn’t even responds to emails. I was told quotes were provided 1-2 business days and here I am, two weeks later calling for a third time. I was even told that I had to change the format so he could open the file (which I incurred an expense for and had my engineer do) to then find out through Melissa that he’s too busy and that I was not a priority. Really lacking true customer service.
Response: Agustina, we are sorry that your experience did not go smoothly. Generally, we require files in an STL format so that we can proceed with quoting - in your case files were not in that format originally, then were converted to STLs by your designer, but with multiple errors. Due to this complication, our team was slow to respond as we had to correct the errors before a quote could be generated. We should have communicated more clearly while this was all happening and we apologize for any inconvenience. We sincerely hope that you found an alternative 3D printing solution and will reconsider 3DC for your 3D printing needs in the future.

Shantel Roper: Let me start off by saying that the reason I even called was to have a miracle worked in like a 3-4 day time limit, and this awesome print shop was able to get it done. The birthday gift came out excellent! We had 3 images on a file that we wanted to have printed on a canvas style material(to look similar to a painting), and Omar was super helpful from start to finish and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that would love to create a masterpiece from an idea that can turn into super stylish decor.

Kevin Castaneda: I cannot recommend this company enough. I came into Miami for a job and needed some assets printed. I had spent two days prior working with two other local print shops and it was like pulling teeth. Slow responses, and when I did receive one the information was vague and left me open to receiving misprints on a tight turnaround schedule. I went back to google and found iPrint. I gave them a call and Michael guided me through their services and provided me with a time table I could work with. The turnaround was fast and the finished product was out of this world. My clients all remarked on how fantastic the images came out and were really impressed - all without prompting them, they just took note of how fantastic it was. Michael hand-delivered the final product to my hotel in the rain and was absolutely genial. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Though there are hundreds of print shops in New York where I’m based I’m strongly considering using Michael and his team to send me prints in the future because the quality and service are unmatched. If every company worked like iPrint we would have world peace. Seriously.

Jonish Pierrelus: They messed up the dates on a picture. Clearly their error and they made no amends to correct it or replace it. Kept talking bout no refund but you can get a percentage of your money back. Uh no. I didn’t pay for this and I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake. It look nice and all but yea.. horrible customer service and refund policy. Won’t be purchasing from them again.
Jakita Chiles-Williams: Horrible customer service. Not accommodating at all due to an erorr with the same photo being uploaded. The owner yelled and me how I couldn’t get a replacement. I ha e never been treated this was by a business in all my years of doing online shopping. Be adviced if you purchase and it’s a mistake you won’t be able to exchange so purchase at your own risk. They also do not send confirmation emails with your order either.
Temitope Ige: To be honest, product was good but customer relations was very poor. The manager/owner or whoever he is, was so discourteous and flippant, like he was doing a favor just attending to you. Manner-less and egoistic.

I already had similar business cards, but I wanted new ones with better quality. I did not have the artwork from the previous job, but they were able to recreate my layout seamlessly. Maria Kirova: I had a terrible time working with DryPrints! Most of the time I could not get a hold of them on a timely manner. When I did, their phone line was cutting off! It took over 10 back and forward emails and 20 days to finally receive my business cards. When I got my business cards they messed up my order. I asked for suede touch, instead I got regular cardboard cutouts! It was a very tiring and disappointing process. I don’t recommend them!
Response: Hi Maria, we wanted to take the time collaborate that it did take an extended time (13 business days after payment was made) to print this order because you did not provide the correct files for us to print until a full week after payment was made. Our production team then took the time to provided a curtesy fix of the files you provided to us because they were designed incorrectly. Once you approved the fixes we made for you at no extra charge, your order was ready to pick up, on time, within estimated production time we provided for you. Additionally, we haven not been informed of any issues with the final print, had there been an issue reported we would have happily corrected this for you.
Santiago Carreño: First off let me say that I have worked with loads of printers, have done printing for political campaigns, foundations, technology companies etc. and I have never had a better, easier, more efficient experience than with you all.
ethan wall: VueOne is my go-to place for all printing needs. Over the last 2 years, they have produced my business cards, postcards, and letterhead. Their online system of uploading and approving my work is very efficient and makes sure the process is perfect. I will continue to send them my business!
Asuntos Habana: We have printed silk business cards, silk postcards, and few vinyl banners here. Everything was ready for us to pickup within couple of days which was great. We were expecting lower quality prints because of the low prices but everything looked amazing.
